Data Dungeon is an in-development, early-access application
operated personally by Michael Bean
([email protected]).
By creating an account, you agree to keep everything you learn
through the app confidential while the product is pre-release.
What's confidential
-
The app's features, user experience, visual design, roadmap,
and any non-public plans or improvements you see inside it.
-
Source code, internal mechanics, bug behaviour, release
timelines, and any information disclosed through the feedback
or support channels.
-
Information about other users — including character names,
campaign rosters, chat messages, and anything shared with you
in a campaign you participate in.
What you agree to
-
Not to publish screenshots, screen recordings, code snippets,
or written descriptions of the app's features, UI, or internals
on any public channel (social media, video platforms, blog
posts, forums, Discord servers outside of the invited play
groups, etc.) without Michael Bean's prior written consent.
-
Not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercialise any
part of the app, the hosted service, or its data.
-
To report security issues or accidental data exposure to
Michael Bean directly rather than publicly.
Scope & duration
-
Your obligation continues until the app is publicly released,
or until Michael Bean releases you from it in writing —
whichever happens first.
-
You can terminate your own participation at any time by
contacting Michael Bean to delete your account. The
confidentiality obligation survives termination for the
duration above.
-
This agreement doesn't cover information that becomes public
through no breach by you, or that you independently develop
without reference to the app.
